I have been experiencing severe hair loss for the past 4 months which has been so traumatic. After being fobbed off by the GP, my hairdresser recommended I see a trichologist. After a quick google search, I found Cheryl. After reading a few reviews, I just knew Cheryl was the person who could help me - I felt an instant sense of calm in the chaos of stress I was going through. I had my initial consultation this morning and Cheryl was AMAZING. As soon as I saw her, I knew I was going to be ok. Cheryl took so much time going through my medical history, diet, stresses. Then she showed me my hair through the camera and microscope, explaining every single detail, different colours of the follicles etc providing answers that I was searching for - and that is half the battle…not knowing why the hair loss was happening. Cheryl is our fairy godmother, we first met Cheryl February 2021 my daughter had lost over 50% of her hair due to alopecia I didn’t feel comfortable using strong steroid creams that the doctor’s prescribed.
